The Village of Ruidoso will provide responsible government services which are professional and fiscally sound and achieved in collaboration with its citizens. The Leadership of the Village is committed to a high quality of life for current and future generations that fosters sustainable economic diversity.

We will market and promote our new vision of ''Ruidoso - Living in Nature?s Playground'' and encourage year-round populations to come to Ruidoso.

We will continue to build on our community identity by preserving historical and cultural assets and will sponsor activities that create a safe environment while maintaining a healthy ecosystem. We are also committed to work to provide sustainable growth and redevelopment which will allow for a variety of living and educational opportunities for all of its citizens.
