Wine and Chocolate: The Perfect Pairing at Heart of the Desert

In honor of Valentine's Day, Heart of the Desert presents Wine & Chocolate: A Perfect Pairing. Seating will begin at 1 pm. Tasting is presented in courses and will begin promptly. Join us for wine sampling and chocolate pairing presentation. Learn a little about the history of wine in New Mexico and about five Heart of the Desert varieties that pair nicely with chocolate. Bring your loved ones or dear friends. There will be lots of time for socializing, enjoying the beautiful weather on The Patio, and appriciating the classical guitar stylings of Gerado Perez Capdevila. Tickets are $30 and include 5 sample glasses of wine and a keepsake glass. Reservations are required by February 11th and you must be 21 or older to attend.
