Watershed-Based Plan Public Meeting

To enhance and protect the watershed around Ruidoso, the Village is preparing a Watershed-Based Plan that would open funding channels through the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  The purpose of a Watershed-Based Plan is to provide a comprehensive strategy driven by stakeholders that protects and restores water quality around Ruidoso.
