Vino & Vinyasa (Yoga and Wine)

Bring your mat and embark on a journey of self-discovery with Cynde Sagenkahn, owner and instructor of Mind, Body, Fitness Yoga. Enjoy the refreshing view from the Heart of the Desert Patio overlooking the pistachio groves while stretching and getting in tune in this 75 minute class. The class includes wine tasting from Heart of the Desert wines, a glass of your favorite wine, samples of a variety of cheeses, snacks and chocolate as well as yoga. Only $25 per person.
