The Wizards of Winter at Spencer Theater

Just in time for the holidays THE WIZARDS OF WINTER appear to transport us through the rich memories and magic of the season. This rockin’ 12-member ensemble is comprised of members from famous groups such as The Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Def Leppard, The Irish Tenors, Journey, Blue Oyster Cult, Alice Cooper, and more.

They forge a progressive musical experience that explores the serendipitous moods and raw emotions of Christmas. Now in their 10th year of production, The Wizards of Winter perform an original holiday experience entitled “THE CHRISTMAS DREAM,” weaving together three of their albums into an epic storytelling adventure invoking the spirit of the season. This is a musical journey that takes place inside a snow globe aboard a metaphysical vehicle, “The Arctic Flyer,” in search of the holiday’s meaning via soaring vocal harmonies, precision string instrumentation, powerful percussion and stunning keyboard work.

Group founder Scott Kelly declares “It is an emotional roller coaster ride, told through our original compositions which range from ballads to prog-metal  There is something in the show for everyone in the family…. Our music truly crosses generational boundaries.”
