Join us in a community yoga practice followed by hot cocoa and cookies while we enjoy the parade from our warm and cozy 1000 sq ft yoga studio with floor to ceiling windows! While you enjoy the festivities you’ll get to meet health and wellness practitioners in the community and learn about their services! After the parade, avoid the traffic and join us for a relaxing sound bath! This is a FREE Community Event Saturday December 2nd Yoga @ 4:30 pm Parade Viewing @ 5:30 pm Sound Bath @ 6:30 PM
