Join us at RareBird Workshops for this 6 week course and learn dance moves for expressing movement to Latin, Middle Eastern and modern music. Class begins with a warm-up, movement isolations, connecting moves creating combinations, and closing with a cool-down, This series is great for for beginners and those looking for a fun way to exercise. Dress comfortable (yoga/fitness attire). Belts and jingles, belly exposed at your comfort level. All shapes and sizes welcome, age dependent on maturity to participate. Bring water.
