Kids Outdoors! Summer 2023 Activities in Lincoln National Forest

The Smokey Bear Ranger District invites kids from kindergarten to 6th grade and their parents to attend four days of fun activities and hands-on learning in the open air for the Lincoln Nation Forest! Guided by Forest Service Staff, kids will learn how to identify animals in the forest, why pollination is important, how to read a map and the facts about wildfires. Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and shoes and bring your own water and snacks. Parents must accompany their children for the duration of this event.  So please come join the rangers for some mornings of great outdoor fun!
