Celebrate Friday the 13th with Scorpion Tattoos' My Bloody Valentine flash event in Ruidoso. Five artists will offer flash-only tattoos from 12noon-9pm on Friday the 13th. Each artist will also offer special Valentine's Day designs by advanced booking. First come, first served for Friday flash.
