Drop in on any class in our 4-weekend yoga series to re-vitalize your practice. Marianne’s therapeutic style promotes whole body wellness and stress reduction - and includes fascial stretch, flowing deep joint openers and hip stabilizing sequences in a variety of novel poses. Sequences will be taught in Kramas meaning “to unfold from the simplest to the most difficult” version of the pose. This way, all levels from beginner to Level 2 can benefit from the same class.
