Event Description:
The Ruidoso Police Department in partnership with Santa's Helpers of Lincoln County is hosting a COPS for KIDS Benefit Basketball Tournament! The tournament will be limited to 16 teams and the entry fee is $200 plus an unwrapped toy under $25 per team member. Spaces will fill up fast so be sure to get your team registered early!
The COPS for Kids-Ruidoso initiative is a new program with the Ruidoso Police Department to connect officers with Ruidoso youth to provide them mentorship and a positive police interaction. In December, selected youth will accompany officers of the department to shop for Christmas gifts and then they will enjoy fun activities together. We are committed to partnering with our Community, especially our youth!
