In partnership with the National Weather Service and the Village of Ruidoso OEM ( Office of Emergency Management) announces 3 flood awareness workshops ahead of the 2026 monsoon season. The flood risk resilience workshops aim to help residents better understand local flood risks and how to prepare for heavy rain, flash flooding and potential runoff from the burn scar.
