4–6:30 pm – A special Barnes & Noble mini-bookstore will be open to all guests featuring Chef Irvine’s latest book

6 pm – Doors open

7-8 pm – The show begins! Just in time for the 4th of July, Chef Irvine will demonstrate an array of summer BBQ recipes. 

8-8:30 pm – Q&A with the Chef.
