Event Description:
It’s going to be a fun filled day as we bring in the baseball season with events, competitions, clinics, opening ceremonies, and games! Don’t miss out on all the fun. Registrations will be the day of for all events. Girls Fastpitch Softball Coaches Clinic will be from 8am-12pm on Field C. Cost is $40 per coach. Girls Fastpitch Softball Clinic will be from 1pm-4pm on Field C. Cost is $40 per player. Opening Ceremonies will be at 12pm on Field B. Games will follow starting at 2pm on Field A and 4pm on Fields B & C. Pitch, Hit, & Run is from 9am to 12pm on Field A. Hit is from 8am to 10am on Field B. This is a free program where participates compete in either the Baseball Division or Softball Division and have the opportunity to advance through four levels of competition including Locals, Sectionals, Team Champions and the National Finals during MLB All-Star Week. Competitors compete in four groups: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14. Jr. Homerun derby 10am to 12pm on Field B. This is a free program for boys and girls 14 years of age and under with top performers from the local level advancing to Regional level and ultimately, the National Finals prior to the Major League Baseball Homerun Derby during the MLB All-Star Week. Boys and girls compete together against each other in one of two age groups (12u & 14u). Age is determined as of July 17, 2018.
