A Creative Aging Class Online via Zoom by Dr Mary Lemmond
Dr Mary Lemmond will address topics about creative aging! Her topics will be about a plan, self nurturing, physical health, cognitive health, vital involvement and play. She will address these and other topics and facilitate discussion each Friday from 10:30am to 12:00 noon. Class enrollment is limited to 20 people. These classes are designed to examine our current lives with a look to the future.

Fees/Admission
Cost for the class is $150
Includes a guidebook, weekly topics, and an in-class book from Harvard Medical School. Lincoln County Seniors age 65 and older pay $50.
