The Lincoln County Fraternal Order of Police is inviting the children of Lincoln County tp attend the 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat Event! This year the event will be held at Ruidoso Downs Race Track. If you are a business or church and want to set up a booth, let us know through Facebook Messenger and we will get you the necessary information. So wear your best Halloween costume and come meet the First Responders of Lincoln County! Looking forward to seeing lots of children and their families.
