Rubber Duck Race with Cash Prizes!  $5 donation to adopt a duck to compete in The Big Quack Race as well as a chance in a preliminary heat race.  First heat race starts at 11:30 and sells out fast.  Music, food vendors, arts & craft vendors, kids games, and educational displays.
