Event Description:
Daily and Nightly Activities include: 
  • Dance of the Apache Maidens
  • Dance of the Mountain Gods
  • Other Indian Dances daily
  • Traditional & Modern Games
  • Free Lunch & Dinner
  • Native American Arts & Crafts
Rodeo at 1 pm each day: Bull riding, bareback riding, barrel racing, team roping, calf roping, and saddle bronc riding.  Visitors will be offered a rare opportunity to witness the coming of Age ceremony of Mescalero Apache maidens during this annual event. Ceremonial dances, rodeos, arts & crafts and a ceremonial parade are all part of this annual  Mescalero event.
