2019 Regional Housing Fair

We are excited to announce the first annual Housing Fair. This event will be held at the Ruidoso Convention Center and will introduce people to the advantages of owning a home and help them realize just how easy it is. Our vendors will provide information on USDA programs, HUD programs, NM Mortgage Finance Authority Programs, HEROS program and other resources available for first time homeowners, as well as credit repair and down payment assistance. We will also have fun family activities and a barbecue for all who attend.
