As a cooperative, we are member-owned. Our commitment to our members is to provide the best possible electric service at the lowest possible price. We're glad we can be of service to you. Our lobby hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Any questions or requests, including inquiries about your bill, can be handled during those hours by simply visiting our main office or calling 682-2521. Emergency services are available after office hours and on weekends by calling the Emergency Outage Number (1-800-548-4660). OCEC serves approximately 18,000 meters in a 4 county area (Otero - Lincoln - Chaves - Soccorro). We sell electricity, but our real product is service, and we are determined to deliver a quality product.
