Event Description:
The 12 Hours in the Wild West will be back in the Village of Ruidoso and the Grindstone Lake Trail System in 2017. The move was a huge success in 2016 for many reasons: spectacular, purpose-built mountain bike trails and a great sheltered staging/camping area. And, it is right in town with easy access to Ruidoso restaurants, hotels, and services. Seriously, you could roll to the start from several hotels in Ruidoso.
For 2017, we are offering a 6-hour option that will ride the inner-loop at Grindstone Lake Trails. This will result in about a 8 mile loop, with less climbing, and less technical riding - but still a super fun trail with a great descent. Stay tuned for more details!
