3rd Annual Heroes With Heart Gala

Event Description
"Heroes with Heart" celebrates local heroes who have shown exceptional and unselfish care for others. "By honoring ordinary people who perform extraordinary acts of kindness, philanthropy and significantly impact the lives of others in a positive way, we foster a community of Heroes with Heart." HEAL Treasurer and Committee Chair, Lynn Myers. This is a free event and open to the public. Businesses or individuals wishing to reserve a table should call the Nest.
Nominations are open to any individual or group whose heroism, heart and philanthropic efforts have made a substantial contribution to the health and well-being of our community. Nomination forms are available at the Ruidoso Valley Chamber of Commerce, Sweet Charity Resale Boutique, Josie's Framery, the HEAL website, or calling the Nest. Nominations must be returned to the Nest by February 14th and directed to the attention of Coleen Widell.
Twelve winners will be selected to be honored during the ceremony. Recipients receive a custom Hero with Heart 2012 medal and a letter of congratulations from Governor Susanna Martinez.
