Building Common Ground: Reflections: Peace Studies

The Peace Studies program at the University of New Mexico has roots of understanding from psychology, business management and political science theory.  The focus of Peace Studies will be on human rights, international conflict and peace-making, mediation and non-violent social movements.  Join in discussion of these social issues such as public health, immigration, human rights, faith and community, education, social justice and community solidarity.  Help resolve and find solutions.

The Building Community, Civility & Compassion programs  offered at the Ruidoso Public Library this month were made possible by a grant from the American Library Association and  the Fetzer Institute.
